Vintage Omega Chronometer?
Hello,
I have a vintage 18k Omega which has a Star on the dial. Some people told me this was to designate a chronometer-grade movement destined for South America.
On Omega's Vintage site, I checked the numbers and came up with the confirmation that everything does match including the movement, a Cal.265.
However, I'm still uncertain whether this was a chronometer grade movement. It doesn't have the fine-tuned work I've seen on the old 30-T2 RGs which I believe the Cal.265 is descended from.
Can anyone confirm? I've included some pictures.

This is a picture from the Omega Vintage Site which matches the case reference number of 2619.
