Vintage high frequency GP - case reference?

Hi all, common question I'm sure...

Is there any hope to getting a new crystal and signed crown for a vintage high-frequency GP? I'm not exactly sure where the case number is located, but there is a number between the lugs which says 9377GA. I can also provide the numbers from the movement and inside the case if needed.

Are there any websites or contacts out there that may be able to help me? I love the watch style and hi-beat movement so I don't want to give up too quickly.
