Venturing into the modern/vintage side
So was thinking between the 5396 the 5496 and the 5940. Any thoughts and pics etc would be appreciated.
Don’t want a very small watch. Minimum I can go is 38ish. And looking at white gold/platinum. Really liked the 5940 black dial and the 5396 white dial

I am partial to the 5940G
But the dial colour is of course personal. Here is mine! Please note that this is really a 37mm watch - I noticed your minimum requirement was 38mm. The official dimensions of the 5940 is 44mm x 37mm but the 44mm accounts for the lugs. ...
I tried the 5940G black dial a few months back.
It’s a very beautiful piece, but it’s very formal in my opinion. Just something to think about, but maybe that’s perfect for your lifestyle and the occasions you’ll be wearing it for.
