Vangabondage sold at record auction price in Hong Kong...
A seller of a Vagabondage reported that #40/69 sold on 5/31/06 at Christie's Hong Kong auction for approx $65K (504,000 HKD). If true, that is substantially higher than MSRP, and a good showing for FPJ and collectors of his limited editions.
I'm waiting for his unique and wonderful Zodiaque to get some respect at auction. I think one is up for sale next week on Antiquorum. Personally, IMVERYHO I think it is one of his nicest watches in the Octa series--and the last LE.
