Vacheron top winder

I have owned and worn this curious top winding circa 1936 watch for several years now. Case no 260621 and movement no 365575 I would like to know more about it. Having a black dial it is difficult to photograph. Case is a 'calatrava' styled 30mm dia Stainless, matt to lower, shiny around glass and back. Black enamel dial, raised S/s batons and second'dots to outer rim of dial, white second hand lower recessed dial. Good sound condition. How many were made, i.e. how rare is it and what kind of value might it have? N.B cant attach photos with this message so will send with response to any email.
