Greetings! I bought an Overseas Chronograph in December 2002 and wish to have it serviced already. I was wondering how much the service would generally cost if ever there is no problem with the watch. Does the watch look more or less like new as they do with the other brands when serviced? Please share your experiences and any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I just got my quote from VC for servicing my old Overseas Chronograph: $1500. That includes complete overhaul, regulation, new gaskets, and refurbished case and bracelet. The watch will look like new when it comes back (they say 4-6 weeks). I could go to ...
