I tried editing and changing photo but there are none to chose from. Any ideas?

This has been happening for quite some time and very often...
I edit 3-4 posts like this every week. What I do is: - Download the main photo or whichever I think is appropriate to display on the front page. - I upload it back to the post and save it. This makes that photo the thumbnail that appears on the front page...
