The 6602B Seiko Movement
This is highly unusual in that it was used in both wrist and pocket watches — both of which I have owned at the same time (but not intentionally).
Here is the pocket watch
I can’t remember which Seiko that other movement is powering.
However I believe I can refer to the definitive article known as
Summary of Seventy-Seven Morning Walks With Seikos
and find in the spreadsheet when I wore it on our 50th morning walk, and where we walked… Mt Soledad 4 years ago next week.

sorry for it being so basic but was curious why the incabloc sinks are not aligned the same way, the one on the left is more anti-clockwise Thank You and HAGWE
I can’t say why they are inconsistent
The sleeve of these is pressed in place at the factory; I suspect the performance is independent of the position (except from the point of view of the person servicing the watch, and he can just rotate it).
