should I trade this watch or not????
Hi all,
I do not post this on the trading zone as I am too undecided.Just asking for Your opinions although of course I know that no one than me can make the decision.
This pic shows -as You all know- a 1965 10K gold LeCoultre Memovox made for the US market with the central world time scale,the mark on NY.
I have been owning this watch now for quite a time and am wearing it at the moment.Once the spring of the reveil had to be changed,everything else has been perfect all the time,the case apart from one tiny scratch perfect too,accuracy -6 s/d.
But as it happens,when You own a watch for several years,one gets a bit bored of it(even of a grand complication worn every day one gets bored).
So I now wear it only all three or four months for some days,all other time it's in the safe and I prefer my Pateks and Breguets.
But now,when I look at my wrist I think no,this dial is really beautiful and I surely would regret a sale.Apart from that the golden bracelet(not original JLC) belonged to my father and I probably would have guilty concience selling it.I also am not used to sell things and could feel rather annoyed when people would start behaving like in a turkish bazar.
Any opinions appreciated,
