Greetings fellows; I need to send my approximately 20 year old PP3940 for service; I am the second owner for the last 12 years or so; never been serviced; the watch is starting to loose 2-3 minutes over 24 hours. Can somebody tell me how long is the turn ...

The prices quoted on the Patek website run rather notoriously low. By the time your 3940 has gone through the full maintenance regime that they will recommend, it’s gonna cost right in the neighborhood of $3000.

That seems high for normal service. $1.800 is about right absent more serious issues. Here the watch is old and been overdue for service for many years. What toll that has taken remains to be seen.

Hello, Very important to service a Perpetual via Patek only..... the watch will need 20+ replacement cogs/wheels/small parts...... only Patek has access to this inventory..... Using a 3rd party independant is ok for a stock Rolex or simple Omega...... but...
