Scratches on deployment clasp MMD
Hello. This is my first post though I have been reading the boards for quite some time and wanted to introduce myself.
Have a MMD w/ black face and rubber strap. Over the last year, the titanium links and clasp have taken quite a beating and is filled with scratches. Luckilly the watch itself is flawless. Is there a way to remove the scraches? Maybe with some sort of polishing tool? The titanium finish isn;t really brushed but more of a satin finish which leaves me to believe that polishing it will change the look of the pieces. But buying a new strap would be very expensive as well.

So, am I to understand that surface swirls and marks on titanium watches will fade over time due to oxidation? I assume this would apply only to pretty superficial scratches and marks, right? respo
