Salmon colored dials

I am looking to get an F P Journe watch and I know that about 1-2 years ago, the salmon or copper colored dials were changed to yellow gold colored. I am looking for a dealer or someone that has one of these watches in stock.
Which colored dial is more collectible, valuable, and/or
popular? Which watch is the "classic" F P Journe watch?
I prefer the Octa series. Can anyone help me?

One other question, if you were to buy a platinum F P Journe, what color dial would you recommend?
