Raise the Stars & Stripes...
My first American-made watch arrived today and it is the RGM 801. At a recent Inside Baselworld event RGM received a round of applause when Jeff Kingston stated the company was more Swiss than the Swiss! The watch is beautiful front-to-back, and if I ever amass 10x the greenbacks, I'm going to splurge on the Pennsylvania Tourbillon!

All-American but very Swiss
I've had my eye on the 801 movement driven timepieces for over a year. RGM also uses Hamilton 921 and 923 movements, and there were about a half-dozen of these watches for sale, too. If they weren't on my radar before then they are now! I could not decide...
The 801's are magnificent....
RGM is doing some amazing things in Pennsylvania these days. I hope to own an 801 one day, as it's truly a beautiful movement. Enjoy the watch. Darren

Wow, what a wrist shot of the Pennsylvania Tourbillon No. 2! Mr Murphy was displaying No. 3 at the Inside Baselworld event and he said a collector already purchased No. 8 which was made out of sequence for the collector. I think he has sold three of these...
