The return of former CEO Pierre Jacques and his team has breathed a new and refreshing spirit into the outstandingly capable and innovative manufacture. A great example is the new De Bethune DB25V Starry Varius, which uses an existing movement but dresses it up in a new, finely revised case and a drop-dead gorgeous blued titanium dial:
The new 42mm titanium case is simply forbiddenly beautiful, with more curved lugs, emphasised ogive lug end elements and an ultimatively sexy case band. Wonderful, wonderful on the wrist:

De Bethune DB2005 movement with 6 days of autonomy.

The name of the watch is an anagram to Stradivarius, the lauded violin maker (what an apt reference!), and also to the stars ('starry') and the fact that the view of the night sky can be customised ('varius').
Oh dear, danger zone!
