Patek Philippe - PP circa 1919

PP circa 1919

I was at The European Fine Arts Fair (TEFAF) in Maastricht earlier this week and came across a 1919 tonneau style Patek Philippe with an art deco dial. I've included the photos from the antiques dealer below (sorry about the quality). Can anyone tell me anything about this piece?

I think that it is stunning and would love to add it to my colletion if I could scrape together the funds.
