Plese help!

Hi,
I have bought a JLC ladies wristwatch at an auction. It is the smallest watch I have ever seen, overall 14mm diameter and 4mm depth. It is in a stainless steel case, works "perfectly" and has gold numbers on a cream dial. The most unusual feature is the winder which is on the back of the case and protrudes very slightly from the left hand side. It has a serial number of 536728 on the case. It is absolutely charming in its simplicity and design. I would love to be able to identify it but as yet have found no info on anything similar anywhere! Can someon help please?
Thanks

David
