Patek Philippe

patek enamel

I recently purchased a yellow gold 5115 for basically the dial. When I am monitoring this forum I notice you guys refer to these dials as pearly white. I think I got a defective dial. My dial is an off-white with almost a blue tint with plenty of small indentations that are visible to the naked eye when the light reflects off the dial. I've been trying to ask Patek N.Y. about this and trying to get someone knowledgeable on the phone is more difficult than locating the watch. As I continue to attempt to get answers from Patek I get nowhere. I ask my authorized dealer and they know nothing as well. And to top it off after reading John's review of the 3919 and knowing the 5115 contains the same movement I am on the verge of being totally disgusted. I just sent a letter to Mr.Stern in Geneva after several messages were sent to their staff via their web site concerning this matter of the dial. I own two other Pateks and luckily never needed to encounter their customer service...Not yet anyway! I can tell you this, unless I start getting answers from Patek real fast with regard to this nonsense It will be a cold day somewhere before I buy another one.
