hi fellow panaerai lovers...
Im looking for the lovely pam 62 model. As we all know this model ceased production a while ago, 2000-2002. So finding one is proving difficult.. I , however have found one, but its on this internet website... im not sure if i can bring myself to buy it without seeing it. The website is this XXXXXXXX. Do you have any views on buying a watch like this from a website only base. Also does anyone know of any other place i could purchase this, perhaps a more reputable shop.
Any help would be much appreciated.

We always recommend purchasing through an authorized Panerai dealer
There are reputable grey mkt dealers out there but you never know what the provenance of the watch is. Watch could be stolen, shop worn piece sold as NIB, etc. Purchasing the PAM62 through a Panerai AD or Panerai Boutique guarantees you the 2-yr manufactu...
With the 62 being discontinued for so many years
finding one NIB at the AD is hardly likely. Saying that, I would prefer buying from a reputed gray dealer or a well referred collector than from some on-line place that does not specialize in Panerai. my 2 Asi
