hmm, decision, it will come down to personal preference. For me the slightly larger case and the applied arabic numerals won over the white gold, no date alternative.

.. and now this one, really nice Chrono example. But as I\'m no gold addict, & the wallet needs recovery from time to time.. Guess, I will go with GPs new Series of Chronographs, just have to decide, which.. Maybe the Sports Competizione ones, or Stradale...

Yes, GP have a lot of both vintage and modern chronographs that are very tempting... With the GP 1966 you always have the White Gold option if you like to avoid the "Gold look"! Best Blomman
The date is not a dealbreaker here, IMO
I am not that sensitive when it comes to date windows since I like the function. But from a sex appeal point of view - yes, I think it would be even better without! Best Blomman
You are right. Of course, it depends if you regularly use the date or not. From my side no so I have a bias in my opinion ;-)
But, for this model, I think the dial could be nicer without the date. Just from an aesthetic point of view. Best wishes Alkiro

I am sure I enjoy this one a lot more. The date and the exposed castle wheel, both of us lacking in the PP iteration... Simply no competition here!
