New dial for 38mm Leman chrono

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if Blancpain allows modification of their watches.
Do they allow me to request a change of dial and hands when the watch is sent in for service? I am fine with the idea of paying for a new dial etc

Suppose I'm sick of looking at the dial of the 300 pieces Monaco Y.S limited edition flyback chrono, can they change it to a normal white dial at my request while keeping everything else such as the clear caseback and gold rotor intact? Anybody knows how much it will cost to change a 38mm chrono dial and new hands and counter pin?

I've tried emailing Blancpain in the past but somehow I've never ever gotten a reply from them? I'm a little disappointed at their customer service and the way they handle customer enquiries (seems like they just ignore emails and enquiries)

Is there someone specific I could direct the enquiry to?
