My 2 vintage Breitling: Superocean Ref 1004 and Chronograph for the Royal Canadian Air Force.
One, the Superocean ref 1004 is from the late 50's, the chronograph is from the 60's.
One is an icon, the Superocean, while the military chronograph is a rare beast, especially with its sterile dial.
Both being very atypic for Breitling.
I am thinking about adding 4 or 5 other vintage Breitling, such as the 817 for the Italian pilots, the Unitime ref 1 260 and 2610, a Transocean if I find a nice one, and a nice Navitimer, an early one, AOPA.
But these two will always keep a strong status in my heart, as they are my two first Breitlings.

That Superocean is a very eclectic, with rare appeal, so different vs others.. Still could bang my Head a bit, letting one escape, some yrs ago. But also funds & timing were not up to positively, as we both may remember.. But its condition was not at par ...
Grrrrr.. But at that time I was unable to fully understand & commit myself.. ;(
But there were other good things on these days, one becoming happy owner of a very nice Speedy, thanks to a very good friend ! .. “One cannot have them all” & I learn also by mistakes, I guess Thx my friend & Best ! hs
