Movement on a 5920 ?

I discovered your very interesting site and forum on the recommendations of AlexG.
I have a council to ask concerning my 5920. I don't know what kind of movement is in it, but I would like to change it full back by a shappire crytal back.
Is the completion of the movement makes interesting the operation?
Is this modification possible?
