Master Moon sent in 14th May, expected back 15th October 2006
Dear fellow Purists,
Some of you kindly responded to my post a few weeks ago on the 'excrutiating slow' after sales service and to keep you all posted on the progress.
After waiting 4 long months for my WG Master Moon sent in for repair on 14th May 2006 (the half hunter cover hinges broke after owning the watch for 5 months), I faxed another letter (1st letter faxed on 22nd June 2006) to Richemont Malaysia, c.c to Richemont Singapore and MJLC Switzerland.
I received a call within the hour from the AD (not Richemont)informing me that the watch is now expected back in mid October 2006.
I have no comment..rather I do not wish to comment any further.. but I'd really like my fellow Purists to know about this.
