Jaeger-LeCoultre

Just bought my first JLC, but....

I just received my Squadra Hometime.  It's beautiful, except that when I had the dealer that I normally work with, ship it to me in the mail, I opened it up to find a couple of minor scuffs on the steel, as well as a small nick.  Is this acceptable for a brand new watch (and it does look brand new except for the aforementioned scuffs and nick)?

Would you suggest that I:

- request a new one?
- ask for an additional discount because it's not in mint condition?
- or just not say anything because it's bound to get nicks and scuffs anyway?

Last, I noticed that I can really hear the watch as I move my arm around.  Is that normal to hear the watch?  It sounds like bedsprings.
