Jaeger Lecoultre Master Minute Repeater: Platinum or Titanium?
In 2005, Jaeger Lecoultre released the Master Minute Repeater in platinum, with the openings. Young, revolutionary, unique, with its torquemeter, its 15 days power reserve, this Minute Repeater was really something.
Two years after, Jaeger Lecoultre went farther in the madness, with a polished titanium Grade 5 case, and a totally open dial.
Here they are, side by side:
The Platinum was a dream. The titanium was an even bigger dream.
I had hard time deciding which one I would own, one day.
After almost 10 years of ownership, I didn't regret my choice, the titanium.

Ti for sure!
Not least as it sounds a little better to my ears. I was fortunate enough to compare side by side a couple of years back.
Ti without a doubt.
For its "better" sound and surprising "cleaner" look. The Ti is also my dream watch and will remain a dream far a while.
For me a clear choice: the MMR Ti !.. I always remember, when you allowed me to play..

.. such as the Reverso Tribute DuoFace Blue, a special annual Calendar Breguet Classique (7337BB) and not to forget the Duometre..That said some Vintages as well.. Only the last two will keep me dieting, which has been difficult so far ! Thx dear friend f...
