Jaeger Lecoultre E 22059 aka Dolphin.
Here is a small baby, the E 22059 so called Dolphin, a vintage diving watch for ladies, with a 30 mm case and a great look. 
In production from 1967 till 1969, this is not a watch you will see everyday, for a good reason: Only 501 pieces were made! In the US, it belongs to the Master Mariner Line, but in Europe it is part of the Voguematic line.
