Some guys wind it too hard when it stops and then sometimes the mainspring broken. I just would wear it one day and it stop winding after like 10 turns. I'm not think so much about it but when it stops after 6 hours I try to wind it and it was stuck.

I can see how some could over wind them...always scared when I wind mine! Hopefully it is a simple repair

they change both mainsprings and give it a service. This happen now and then with mechanical parts. I have to put it on my customers bill. 😂😂😂😂😂

Broken mainspring is not uncommon and if the watch will also be serviced you will have a fresh watch again on your wrist without worries.

Curious, any idea from Panerai on how long to get the piece back to you?

It's on the way to Panerai so I waiting for a reply from them when they got it.
