I’m not sure if you are joking or not, but just in case you are not my assumption is that this is an attempt to show lighting and shadows and how light changes the dial. I stand to be corrected on this.
Really tempting... The texture on the dial seems to be quite well executed (as always with Romain) but obviously the outcome has to be seen in the metal... this kind of design / pattern on the dial might look odd in photo and just fantastic in the metal.....
