Just received my new acquisition in the mail today. Just love this watch, a caliber 11, from the early 1970's is just stunning in person. A truly historic movement. Generally I lean towards manuals, but it's hard not to pick up one of the first auto chrono movements made in such great condition. This may be the only automatic chrono movement I'll ever add to my collection, and it if that is the case I will still be most satisfied. Can't beat vintage Heuer chronos from the 60's and 70's.

The cal can be tough to wind although it only takes a couple of turns to start it up. That is a beauty! Now get yourself a racing strap to complete the authentic look.
