Help with my JLC Watch Model

I am a new member of the forum. I am more versed in pocketwatch collecting and need some assistance in identifying a JLC I purchased in 1990. I have the original papers from the purchase, leather case, instructions, etc. The watch is round, 18 kt. gold, day, date, month, moonface, display back and the usage instructions included identify it as a cal. 444. The date adjustments on the case are at the 4 o'clock position, the month is at the 2 o'clock, and the moon is at the 8 o'clock. It has JLC hallmarks on two of the case lugs on the back, is 28 jewels, adjusted four positions, and is automatic. On the back of the watch on the gold case are the numbers 141.120.1 and 1638943. I have looked through a loupe at the inside of the works through the display back and in small numerals close to one edge of the movement have observed the number 901. The watch has gold roman numerals on the dial, the day of the week is above and left of the dial center, the month is above and to the right of the dial center and the moonface is centered and below the dial center. The days of the month are in a perimeter around the center of the watch just inside the gold roman numerals. The dial is an off white enamel in appearance. There is no second hand or small hand on the moonface indicating time of the month. Thanks to any of you who can help me in identifying exactly what I have any any info you deem helpful , historical, or pertinant.
