Back from the SPA ! Happy Green weekend guys
Just got my watch back from the Rolex service center due to a misalignment of the bezel (due to a mistake on their side).
Took a week to have it done but just on time for the week-end!
Just one complaint, how can a boutique handover the watch back into a plastic bag ?
Maybe I am not into the VIP list, although I believe any low cost pouch would have been great instead of this...

My Asian colleagues always complained about the poor treatment they got in à France. But let’s not make too much French bashing here !
I did not know there is one in Lyon
No bashing, just an observation. Same style in Paris. This is why I always go the UK or Switzerland and nowhere else.
Poor treatment can be anywhere
I have never had good luck with RSC in the US and yet many people rave about them. I guess you can call it luck of the draw.

You are correct but I was relieved to have it back. I took notice of the way they can treat a customer, so won’t spend any money there anymore
This is a temporary measure
for sterilizing the watch due to Covid-19 procedures in place at the moment. Good for them.
I think if the
plastic bag was due to Covid-19, not necessarily of the poor customer service. Great that you got your watch back that soon.
