Another Jaeger Lecoultre P 476.
Here is mine, from 1948:
P 476 being the reference of the movement, not of the case. This movement being the first automatic calibre made by JLC, so, a piece of history.
I had the surprise to see another one, with a delicious patina... The issue is the hands... With a correct set of hands, I would have grabbed it, as its dial is top, for my taste, at least.

It looks a bit like a forerunner of the peripheral rotors on some modern watches. Great post.
