Staying on a platinum theme, how about the Le Brassus Equation du Temps Marchante? It is hard to believe that it has been 9 years since this watch debuted at Basel as the first running equation of time wristwatch. What is particularly fun is the port hole which allows view of the equation of time cam. I have always thought of it as view of the universe as its form follows the analeme which geometrically describes the variance between solar and civil time over the course of a year. Only 50 of these were made by Blancpain, although a new version came out in the Villeret line with a splendid full fired enamel dial.
