Advice Pls : Grande Date vs Grande GMT
Dear Purists,
I'm new to this forum so appreciate all your guidance. I'm about to acquire my first JLC watch but could not decide between the Reverso Grande Date and the Reverso Grande GMT. I prefer the SS with leather strap versions for both watches. The RGD uses calibre 875 whereas RGG calibre 878. What's the difference ? Is that important ? The price difference is around SGD 4K.
I first saw the RGG at the Tempus exibition in Singapore recently. According to The HourGlass, the RGG will arrive sometime in Oct/Nov this year.
I agree with some of you in other threads saying that the best way is to wear both watches and see which one talks to me. Both are fine watches. Since I have to wait till Oct to compare them, meanwhile could someone please share what other factors should I take into consideration ? Many Thanks !
