A Real Watch Manufacturer: When THIN was in......
Hello all,
Remember when thin was in?
Back when I started looking into the high end watches in 1997, all the serious brands displayed their technical skills by producing the thinnest and smallest mechanical movements around. I marveled at seeing these ultra thin pieces and wondered how something like that could actually work. Flash forward to 2010 and while I was visiting my favorite AD waiting for a piece to arrive I was shown this one in the display case:
A U.S. quarter to contrast the size of the case, amazing isn't it?
Elegant yet functional and like a second skin on your wrist.
When you think about it, this really should be the way to go. Dang, now I need an ultra thin watch!
