A problem w. my memovox compressor

I have a Memovox compressor, which I in general is quite pleased with. The problem I have is that the watch seems to get "jammed" i.e three times during these first 7 months, it has stopped while wearing it in a normal fashion (every day)and it does not start if I shake it.

After it happened the second time i took it the seller who sent it to MJLC, they did not find anything specific however. Now when it has occured a third time (only 1,5 months after I had it "fixed", I basically have three concerns:
1. Is it a common problem, and I just have to accept it
2. Should I try to have it changed for a new watch
3 or just let them look at it a second time and hope for the best
