A little technical help please
I have a very nice example of a vintage G-P Gyromatic form around 1958, it's been posted on the forum several times. I had the watch serviced about 3 years ago but don't wear it all that often, it's in the rotation along
with my other watches. So, when I do wear it that means it has to be hand wound, I typically give it 45 winds, is that just right, not enough, too much? No problems with it, power reserve looks to be close to 2 days.

I think 30 winds should give it enough power to start and if you wear it about 8 hours a day with normal activities, it should be fine.
But if you are sitting most of the time. wearing it the whole day will not give it enough power to keep running. Baxter
