Jaeger-LeCoultre

A funky Jaeger-Lecoultre " Doctor " Chronograph from the 70ies.

Round, quite big, colorful, this is not what I'd call a nice or fine Chronograph:

Yellow orange, blue, white, red, pale blue , the chromatic range is just improbable!

The white " pulsation " section, between 0 and 15 minutes, breaks the balance of the dial.

The big round case without lugs is intriguing.

But go figure why, I like it, for what it is, a " coherent improbable " Watch.

With a nice presence on the wrist.

Note that this is not my Watch, but its owner, one of the Heritage Gallery curator, who had the kindness to let me play with it when I was at the Manufacture, during one of my trips.

One of the few Vintage JLC I am stll hunting, before closing the collection on these watches.

Best,

Nicolas.
