A distinctive model?
practically all major watch brands have a distinctive attribute which enables the watch connaisseur to immediately identify the maker, may it be the Royal Oak for AP, The Lange 1, the dials and cases of Breguet etc...
For many years Vacheron Constantin did not have a distinctive model with easily recognizable features, I wonder if the Malte with the fan shaped lugs and dagger type hands will not finally fill that gap.
