A bit of a repost but..

i think my earlier request was kind of lost in a response to another post.  to reiterate, i am seriously considering "brushing off" the polished center links of my s/s gmt2c to obtain the all-matte look.  but before i take the leap, would appreciate if anyone who has got that done post a photo of it ( even a cleverly photoshopped one would do ) and/or comments on whether it is a good/wise idea.
