As said by Emmanuel, the vulcanite textured blue gradient dial is truly beautiful.
Just brought it back from AD today, will share more thoughts after having more wrist time. My preliminary impressions are as follows:
1. Wear very comfortably and reasonably thin on my 17.5cm wrist.
2. The continuous ring of hobnails on caseband is impressive.
3. The calf strap is soft and supple, needs no time to run in to confirm to my wrist. Though it may mean less durable than alligator one?
4. Winding is smooth but with less clutching sensation than I would expect from a long power reserve caliber. The aesthetic of caliber is however superb.
5. The new triple bladed calatrava clasp is very nice too! Much better and secure than the old one.
Looking forward to the instantaneous jumping of date and day.
