I'm no Patek expert, but this does not look like a 5159J as claimed in the story. Honestly, when I first saw the picture, I didn't think it was Patek, but I defer to the forum. Any thoughts?

thanks to all who replied. the subdials were definitely a problem in my mind, never mind that it seemed to lack the patek spirit, but how would i know? villeret seems to be consensus.
