5085/1A--your thoughts PLEASE!!! (need advise)
I have the opportunity to buy a NIB 5085/1A at a VERY good price. I know one should buy a watch because you like it and not on extraneousl factors. However, I won't want to invest in an "undesireable" or hard to re-sell Patek. I want a watch that has resale value if I decide to trade/res-sell down the line.
I didn't want a metal band (steel or gold) on a PP, but do like the face/movement in the 5085/1A. Does the fact that it has a metal band and or is stainless, make the watch relatively undesireable?
Please give me your thoughts on the 5085/1A overall. This is my first purchase, and I don't want to go wrong. While your at it, what about the World time in white gold?
