I have a 321 from AD, now only four months old Has completely stopped, loose parts are seen in rear. Any one else have problems with this movement? Get it fixed or get a new one? 4 monhs old , geeez my kids have better replicas

The warranty repair looks like this 1week AD 2weeks local OP SC 4-6 weeks regional SC Onto factory -time unknown I was told repairs like this have to be done at factory and they are very busy At best I am looking at four months

May be by erasing all intermediary shippers it will be less than 4 months. Although be careful and aware, the factory might soon be under-pressure in replacing all those PAM 318 movements. I wish you better luck.

Hi all Bebe from Hourglass returned it for me to Singapore, they had it done in a week. I really hint Richemont need better technicians in Australia Watch is working for now, finger crossed
