The actual lunch was almost a distraction from getting to know each other and discussing watches. A fellow watch nerd!
He had an IWC on each wrist, one was a Platinum Portuguese, it was 1 of a set of 3. I didn’t know the history behind the creation of that particular watch and now I do! He had a heavy duty Perpetual that I’ve never seen before, both were nice watches. I forgot to take pics, hopefully he will post them some time.
I just love the camaraderie around this hobby!
