during my trip to Geneva last month, I was fortunate to sit next to Mr. Torres. I practically begged him to give me this movement in a platinum case. All I got was a wink and a few additional questions of my desires! Here is another example of this movement that I got to see in the boutique. It's a cal. 1006, which reverses the cal 1003 so the "back side" is now the dial side. VC had to reverse all the gears/wheels in order for the hour and minute hand to rotate "normally" (clockwise). The movement is gilt and engraved. It was only used in the "Stuctura" line and is from the late 1980s. (sorry about the quality of this quick iPhone wristshot)
