It's a watch worth honeymooning with, however. Wear it in the best of health.
am still living with "traders remorse". I bought one as my first Rolex, traded it back 3 days later at the AD for a DateJust, which I love, don't get me wrong. At the time I really needed a watch with a date display, or thought I did. Got the DJ and several weeks later went back to the AD and bought a Submariner. I have always missed the Explorer, if only I knew then what I know now. Congratulations on your watch, wear it and enjoy it in good health. I'll live with my DateJust and Submariner.
Such a versatile watch that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime, and on any location. I am certain that this blissful period will last beyond 2022!
...conceivable iterations of sports Rolex, the Explorer I is the only Rolex that survives in my collection.
Excellent choice. I would also say that this is the rolex that will never leave my collection even if the beautiful Datejust have to leave. Such a great all round watch. Mine (older ref 114270) says hi.
We (my son and me) have exactly the same watch which we share together with the VC Overseas. The Rolex indeed is very comfortable to wear and use
