I never lost hope. I always maintained a good relationship with my AD and my patience and fortitude were finally rewarded.

I remember when I asked to be added to the list and was told that I can select a dial colour preference but in reality I would get what I was given. I remember opting for the black dial but received this, one of the last of the curved cases and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve not seen the new cases but if they are like the maxi case of my sub then I think I prefer the original case thank you very much.

Wow, 7, as on seven years? While you kept in touch with your AD during that whole time, it's still amazing that you didn't give up and move on to buying another watch. Wear it in good health. And where I am from there is no such things as "waiting lists". You get laughed at if you ask. (Well, that is, unless you are a big BIG spender who gets dibs on the goodies in the safe.)
