A vintage Daytona is on a whole different level. True story - I worked with a guy who bought a Daytona in the 80’s for 300$. Wore it daily. I told him to appraise it with Rolex / turned out to be a PN. He never knew its true value.
BTW I waited about 8 years before I bought mine off a friend who showed interest in selling it initially he was very hard to convince Good luck J
