ZSHSZ's original post, provocatively titled 'He’s “The one”, the only one!🥂', sparks a fascinating debate on the true meaning of 'special' in the context of luxury watches. This article delves into ZSHSZ's perspective on personal connection and the manufacturing realities of even high-end timepieces, challenging conventional notions of craftsmanship and uniqueness. It explores how a watch, regardless of its production method, can become irreplaceable through the life experiences it shares with its owner.

This one is 🔥🔥🔥
Don't get me wrong, I have Rolexes, as well as a Batgirl. They are very high quality watches. even more, imho the watches with the best quality-price ratio in the industry. But these are watches made by machines and robots in vast numbers. There is no beauty, no soul, no craftsmanship in them. They are nothing special, not one-of-a-kind, not unique.
This watch is not “special” because there’s only one, but it’s special because it carries scratches and marks from my life not someone else’s! As for robots, I hate to inform you but no watch is “hand made”(maybe GF hand made), all brands use CNC’s and robots to make the parts and I mean all! No watch brand cuts plates, pinions or make hairsprings by hand, not one! Yes, robots make the parts at Rolex however movements are hand assembled since no robot can place balance springs, wheels or pinions
